    Yes! We not only deliver, but we also provide on-site fittings so you know that everything fits perfectly, with no minimums on the number of orders. Our service area includes Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios, International Drive, and many hotels in the Kissimmee/192 area.

  3. How do I know what style of tuxedo is appropriate for my event?

    Take a look at our Formal Wear Glossary page for a few ideas. It lists traditional and modern options with diagrams. You can even click on the diagrams to see actual tuxedos available for rental. Our Formalwear Guide page is more in-depth and lists some basic tips.  It also has a what to wear and when chart. You are welcome to call or e-mail us with these questions, too.   5. How do I select the tuxedos for my wedding or other event if I cannot visit your store?

    If you cannot visit our store, you can always see the majority of our tuxedos on our web site in the For Him section of our site. You may also look in magazines, on the Internet, or go to a local formal wear store for ideas. Remember to take notes of what you like, not the style number. The style name, designer, color, number of buttons, and lapel style are very helpful. We can then use that information to see if we carry the same style or something similar.

  7. How do I coordinate the bridesmaid dresses to the groomsmen’s vests if I cannot visit your store?

    While we do provide online color swatches, they may differ from the actual fabric due to different monitors settings. If you send us a fabric swatch we can match it to our vest swatches and make recommendations. A 1” x 1” piece of fabric is all we need. If you do not have a fabric swatch to spare we can still help! Paint chips from a local home improvement store make a great substitute for fabric swatches, and with so many colors they have to have one that matches!

    No, we do not sell any of our Mickey Mouse vests, ties, or cummerbunds because they are no longer being made.

  11. Can I rent Mickey Mouse accessories without renting a tuxedo?

    No, our Mickey accessories may only be rented with a complete tuxedo.

  13. Will you ship my tuxedo to me if my event is not in Orlando?

    No, we do not ship our tuxedos. Extended rentals may be available if you live in the area and you need to rent a tuxedo for an out of town event, such as a wedding, convention, or a cruise. Extended rentals are not available during the months of April, May, and June. Please contact us for availability and pricing.

  15. I have groomsmen who live all over the country. How can they get measured and order their tuxedos?

    That is pretty normal and we have several solutions! Your groomsmen can have their measurements taken at a local formal wear shop or by a tailor. Most shops provide this service as a courtesy, although some will charge a small fee. All of the measurements we need are listed on our order forms. All forms must be completed in full and signed at the bottom.  We cannot accept orders over the telephone, but you may call with your credit card number after you have sent in your signed order form.

  17. When do I get to try on my tuxedo?

    Fittings are usually scheduled a few days before your event and can be done in our shop or at your hotel. Fittings in the store are done during our regular hours. On-site fittings can usually be scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If your wedding is on a Sunday or early Monday, your fitting will need to be scheduled no later than 10:00 a.m. on the previous Saturday.

  19. Can the tuxedo fitting and gown steaming be scheduled at the same time?

    If you have no more than two men in your party and the gown has NOT been shipped to us, then the gown steaming can be done at the tuxedo fitting. We will send one seamstress who is qualified to do both, but she cannot carry more than two tuxedos with the heavy steaming equipment. The steaming and the fitting must be done in the same hotel room, and the gown cannot be put back in the garment bag afterwards or it will wrinkle. Please keep this in mind if the groom is not to see the gown before the wedding. We are happy to schedule separate appointments for the tuxedo fitting and gown steaming at no extra charge.

  21. When are tuxedo orders due?

    Ideally, tuxedo orders and down payments should be sent in 4-6 weeks prior to your event. This insures availability and prevents confusing last-minute rushes and fees. Orders for special-order merchandise (styles that we do not stock in our store) places less than 2 weeks prior to your event will incur a $30 rush order fee.

  23. When is final payment due?

    If your fitting will be at your hotel, then payment is due 15 business days prior to the wedding. We cannot accept payment at an on-site fitting. If you will be picking you tuxedo up from our store, then you may pay your balance at that time.

  25. Is a credit card number required to rent a tuxedo?

    Yes, we require a credit card number in case of loss or damage with all tuxedo rental orders. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover credit cards. You may also pay with cash or a money order, but a valid credit card number must accompany the order.

  27. What is your cancellation policy for tuxedo rentals?

    All down payments are non-refundable. The balance of your order is fully refundable if you have paid in full and you notify us 15 business days or more prior to your event.

  29. How do I return my tuxedo to you after my event?

    Tuxedos must be returned to the shore or delivery location by noon the day after your event or you will be charged a fee of $30 per day, per tuxedo. Tuxedos picked up from our boutique must be returned there. Tuxedos that are delivered must be left at the hotel's bell-stand or front desk if they do not have a bell-stand. Please be sure that the ticket listing your name is in the clear pocket of the garment bag so that we can identify the tuxedo and mark it returned right away.
