Fittings are usually scheduled a few days before your event and can be done in our shop or at your hotel. On-site fittings can usually be scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If your event is on a Sunday or early Monday, your fitting will need to be scheduled no later than 10:00 a.m. on the previous Saturday. Fittings in the store are done during our regular hours.

Payments may be submitted electronically or mailed in (money orders or cashier's checks). If you are mailing your payment, please be sure to include a printed copy of this form. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.

Read and accept terms:

• A non-refundable 50% down payment per rental is required to reserve the tuxedos. You may also pay in full immediately. Sales tax is due in full with a deposit or payment in full.

• Orders received less than 2 weeks before your event will incur a $45 rush order fee.

• Any changes or cancellations must be received in writing no later than 15 business days prior to your event.

• A valid credit card number must be provided to reserve tuxedos.

• All tuxedos must be fitted at / delivered to the same location.

• By submitting this form you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions listed above and that you are responsible for the size, style, color, and other information you have listed on this form.

I understand that each incorrect, invalid, canceled, declined or otherwise failed credit card submission will incur a $5 merchant service fee. Check the box next to this notice to acknowledge that you have read and agree to it.

All tuxedos must be returned to our store or hotel bell stand (if delivered) by noon the day after your event or there will be a charge of $50 per day, per tuxedo billed to your credit card until the tuxedo(s) is returned.
